Vibration (WBV) is a vibration plate that vibrates in vertical direction
with specific frequency. There is great evidence for WBV effect on strength,
power, proprioception, bone density and muscle activation.
What is so special about WBV?
WBV exercises are one of the fasted and most efficient ways to achieve strength,
power, increase balance and increase bone density in short duration of time
with least amount of stress on joints.
What do I learn during this workshop?
In this full
body vibration plate workshop you will learn about WBV specifics and how to
choose the right machine about the evidence for WBV utilization and various
exercises and rehab programs using WBV.
